McCartney, J.D. - Mr. McCartney graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1988.  Mr. McCartney has more than 20 years of experience in workers compensation and injury practice and was a former City Counselor prosecuting traffic matters for the City of St. Louis.   He is a member of the Missouri Bar; and co-author, "Retirement Chapter", Elder Law CLE, Missouri Bar.
